  STOCK TECHNICAL ANALYSIS

Our analysis is based on long term trends, and if they are promissing, short term analysis. First, we view the 3 year weekly charts, followed by a 1 year daily chart. This analysis allows you to view the larger picture and trend, rather than just looking at a short term prospective. This way, you can use short term volatilty to your advantage, if the long term trend is positive.

You will see a summery of the stock we are analyzing, followed by the 3 year and 1 year charts. At the end, you will see a technical analysis summery. That's it, to the point technical stock market analysis daily!

Jim likes this stock, and thinks that it will perform well since the next generation of gaming platforms have arrived. On the charts, the long term picture clearly shows the price trading in a narrowing channel, which usually causes a break out, but it is not clearly evident until either of the lines are broken. The MACD though seems to favour the argument of a break out in coming weeks, because the value of the indicator does not go down, even when the price declines. On the short term chart, you can clearly see a trading range, with the price currently at the bottom of the range, so it could be a good short term trade.

Bottom line, this looks good on the short and long term, with the long term picture requiring a bit more evidence, but the likelihood of gains is greater than not.
