  STOCK TECHNICAL ANALYSIS
|
Our analysis is based on long term trends, and if they are promissing, short term analysis. First, we view the
3 year weekly charts, followed by a 1 year daily chart. This analysis allows you to view the larger picture and trend,
rather than just looking at a short term prospective. This way, you can use short term volatilty to your advantage, if the
long term trend is positive.
You will see a summery of the stock we are analyzing, followed by the 3 year and 1 year charts. At the end, you will see a technical analysis summery. That's it,
to the point technical stock market analysis daily!

We love Canadian resource stocks, and so do our members, who keep pouring in with requests from this particular sector. We chose this stock for a few reasons, and hopefully we can highlight a few areas that benefit you. On the long term chart, you can clearly see a trading range which continued for at least three years, and the stock broke out earlier this year. The MACD is very extended, how much higher can it go? Well, we’re not sure, but the kangaroo tail (which signifies a possible change of direction) shows the price shying away from the highs. If there was so much interest, the stock would likely close near the highs, not well off of them. Notice the STOCHs as well, which have turned down here, confirming the possible profit taking that may occur here, and has caused it to close well off of its $0.91 highs. On the short term chart, you can also see the stocks loss yesterday, and the RSI is also going down here.
Although this stock may go up from here, you should be very careful with these small cap stocks. We mentioned TYS on January 12th, and projected impressive gains, which occurred. By watching the charts, it was clear that the enthusiasm was weak, and a reversal would occur. Bottom line, when these stocks show promise, they do extremely well, but don’t be too greedy when your in the green!
